These terms explain the basic rules for using Spendolo during its proof-of-concept stage.

This page is designed to be usable now, but it still needs a proper legal review before commercial launch. Visible TODO items are left in place on purpose so you know what to replace later.

  • TODO: Confirm your real subscription renewal, cancellation, refund, Stripe billing, and invoicing rules before charging customers.
  • TODO: Review the governing-law and dispute wording with Bulgarian counsel before public launch.
  • TODO: Add document versioning and store accepted versions once backend support exists.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Spendolo, a subscription, billing, financial-management, and team-management software service made available through this website.

These terms are written for Spendolo's current proof-of-concept stage and are intended to be workable for an initial European launch, including Bulgaria. They should still be reviewed and finalized before commercial release.

2. Who may use the service

You may use Spendolo only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and you use the service for lawful business or professional purposes.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to Spendolo.
  • You must keep your sign-in method, account access, and connected team access secure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Spendolo, interfere with the service, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, accounts, systems, or data.
  • Do not upload malicious code, abuse rate limits, or use the service to send spam or unlawful content.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service except where mandatory law allows it.
  • Do not use Spendolo in a way that breaches sanctions, anti-money laundering rules, or other applicable laws.

4. Availability and service changes

Spendolo is provided on an as-available basis during this proof-of-concept stage. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

5. Governing law and disputes

These terms should be governed by the law that Spendolo designates in its final commercial documentation, subject to any mandatory rules that apply under European Union or Bulgarian law.
